These terms govern your use of the PeelWell website and purchases from PeelWell. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Store eligibility and acceptable use
You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or services unlawfully.
Products and wellness information
We try to describe products accurately, but colors, packaging, and availability may change. PeelWell products are aromatherapy and comfort products, not medicines. Site content is general information and is not medical advice or a substitute for professional care.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before purchase. Taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, or correct pricing and product errors. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to its applicable terms.
Shipping
At launch, we ship within the United States. Stated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly promised. If we cannot ship within a promised window, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.
Guarantee and refunds
Our 60-day feel-better guarantee allows you to email us for a full refund without shipping the product back. We may ask for order information to verify the purchase and may limit abuse of the guarantee.
Intellectual property
The PeelWell name, branding, site design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by PeelWell or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not copy, sell, or exploit its content without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and PeelWell is not responsible for third-party sites it does not control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. PeelWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where PeelWell is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
